Put your idea in front of people who have to watch first.
The Pitch Room is a stage for short video pitches. Viewers cannot react, rate or comment until they have spent real time with your pitch, and they never see the crowd’s opinion before giving their own.
Be one of the first founders on the stage.
Tell us who you are and we will send onboarding details before the public launch.
How publishing works
Six steps, one human check, and you decide the moment it goes live.
Use an email code or Google. Your account holds your drafts, your published versions and the responses they collect.
Start a draft
Name the startup, write the one line people will see first, pick an industry and stage, and say what you are asking viewers for.
Upload your video
Upload straight from your browser. Captions are generated for you, and only you can watch the private preview while it processes.
Add a deck, if you have one
A PDF is optional. Viewers can open it after the video, so the pitch itself has to stand on its own.
Request a review
Accept the community terms and send that exact version for a human check against the rules. You will hear back either way.
Publish
Once approved, you decide when it goes live. Watch real views, reactions, scores and comments arrive on your dashboard.
What you get back
- A gut reaction from every qualified viewer: not for me, not sure yet, I’d try it, or take my money.
- Optional scores on the problem, the solution, your clarity and you as a founder, shown only once enough people have rated.
- Comments and questions from signed-in viewers.
- Views, counted only once someone has actually started watching.
Limits worth knowing
- Videos run from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
- Up to three drafts per startup at a time.
- Five upload attempts per day.
- Decks are PDF only, 1 to 40 pages, up to 25 MB.
A few things worth knowing.
Can I watch without an account?
Yes. Published pitches can be watched by anyone. Reacting and rating need a signed-in account and enough time spent with the pitch, so every score comes from someone who actually watched it. Commenting needs a signed-in account.
When can I see the community ratings?
After you have given your own response, and only once enough independent people have responded. Reactions and scores unlock separately, so a popular first impression never colours your rating.
How long should a pitch be?
Between 30 seconds and 3 minutes. Most ideas land best under two minutes: the problem, one thing working, and what you want from the viewer.
Who reviews a pitch before it goes live?
A person on the Pitch Room team checks each requested revision for the community rules before it can be published. Approval is tied to that exact version; if you change the video, text or deck afterwards, it goes back for review.
Can I change my pitch after publishing?
Yes, as a new version. A published pitch is kept exactly as it was so the feedback stays honest. Publish a new version when you have something new to say, and your startup page keeps the history.
Can I remove my pitch or my account?
You can archive a draft at any time, and you can ask for your account to be deleted from settings. Deletion hides your public profile immediately and starts a removal process that an operator completes by hand.
What does the launch list collect?
Only your email, whether you are here to watch or to pitch, and the consent you gave. You get a private link to leave the list. No messages are sent automatically.
